Bunka GT – All purpose Chef Knife

The Bunka GT is a high-quality, all-purpose, chef knife that does it all. From chopping veggies to slicing, dicing, and mincing the Bunka GT has you covered from Kitchen to camp.  Knives come with a leather sheath. 

Knife specs:
• 7" blade length
• Thickness .10"
• AEB-L Stainless Steel at 61HRC
• Thin and sturdy (nonflexible)
• Two-tone Blackout and Coyote Tan Cerakote
• G10 machined scales
• Leucadia black leather sheath

Knife care: 
AEB-L is a standard in stainless steel and is an excellent cutlery steel—it holds a good edge and is easy to sharpen. In order to protect this steel from corrosion we've added Cerakote which provides 100% protection on the coated areas. As with any edged tool, always make sure you clean and dry them before you store them.
