Knife care: AEB-L is a standard in stainless steel and is an excellent cutlery steel—it holds a good edge and is easy to sharpen. In order to protect this steel from corrosion we've added Cerakote which provides 100% protection on the coated areas. As with any edged tool, always make sure you clean and dry them before you store them.
